Our Happy Birthday Greeting Card features an original, hand-painted water colour design by Cooper&Smith's own Amy Cooper, printed on an A-frame style card made from recycled paper.

The card opens vertically to reveal additional watercolour greenery detailing the inside corners of the card, with blank space in the centre for your personal message.

Personalised Message (Optional)

Ordering a propagation station to send directly to your friends or family at another address as a gift? We'll write them a personalised message inside this greeting card! 

Fill in the form at the top of this page with your personalised message of up to 250 characters for the interior of the card and up to 25 characters for the front of the envelope.

Greeting cards purchased with personalised messages will be sealed inside the envelope with a Cooper&Smith sticker.

Shipping In Australia

All orders include Free Standard Shipping in Australia. Upgrade to Express Shipping at checkout for $9.95 on orders up to $200. We are unable to offer local pickup.

International Shipping

Cooper&Smith orders can be sent to addresses in New Zealand and United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and size. Choose from Standard, Express or Courier.

Processing Times

Orders are typically prepared and packed in 1-2 business days, however there are times when orders may take up to 7 business days for processing.

Delivery Times

To calculate the estimated delivery time to your postcode or country, use this tool on the Australia Post website.

Tracking An Order

You can track an existing order using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If you need us to resend it, please contact us.

Order Issues

If your order has gone missing, or there are any other issues that arise after your order has been shipped, please contact us with your order number and detailed description of the issue.

Broken Glassware

While we package your order with care and utilise fragile stickers, sometimes due to rough handling during shipping your glassware might be damaged. In these cases we will send out a replacement glass vessel at no charge.

We want you to be 100% happy with your Cooper&Smith order, but sometimes accidents happen and something might be broken or not quite right - sorry!

Open With Care

Please take care opening your Cooper&Smith order as there may be broken glass due to rough delivery, despite adequate packaging and a fragile sticker. In these cases we will deliver a replacement glass vessel to you at no charge.

Imperfections

Cooper&Smith Propagation Stations are proudly handcrafted and slight imperfections or colour variations may exist, not impacting the functionality of your propagation station. We only replace or refund products if they are damaged or broken, not for slight imperfections, colour variations or change of mind.

Damage or Breakage

If a product or piece of glassware in your order is damaged or broken, take a photo and send an email to support@cooperandsmith.com.au with the photo(s) attached. We’ll then work with you to organise a return of the product for a replacement or refund.

Returning An Order

Should a product in your order need to be returned, shipping costs will be reimbursed at the time of replacement or refund. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned product(s).

Receiving A Refund

If a refund has been approved, the product must be received by Cooper&Smith before the refund is processed. A credit will be applied to your original payment method, which can take anywhere between 24 hours and 14 days depending on which payment method was used.

Time Limit

Returns for damaged or broken products are accepted within 30 days of the date of your order. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your order, we are no longer able to offer a replacement or refund.
