    MAJOR COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS

We are experiencing major shipping delays from our Chinese suppliers, due to grounded international flights on which orders would usually be transferred to Australia.

At the present time, we are unable to give a timeframe for delivery on your order, although we anticipate all orders taking more than 8 weeks for delivery.

Please expect a significant delay in the delivery of your order.

Despite these significant delays in the postal system we are seeing slow movement of orders so have no reason to believe orders will become undeliverable.

Please direct any questions or concerns to support@cooperandsmith.com.au.

    General Shipping Information

We offer free 13-20 day tracked shipping on all orders.

All of our beautiful planters, propagation stations and accessories are shipped from hand-picked suppliers in China. We've ordered every product, spoken to every supplier and resolved the occasional return or refund. We love these products and know you will too.

Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days, however there are times when orders may take up to 7 business days for processing. Shipping can vary from 13-20 business days. On occasion, shipping may take up to 40 days usually due to delays with postal systems. Please email us once 30 days have passed so we can check in on your order.

If your order contains multiple products, these will often be shipped and received separately with individual tracking numbers. These will be emailed to you after your order is processed.

If you have any questions about your order or our shipping information, please get in touch - we'd love to hear from you!

Picture this: You move out of home and into a tiny one-bedroom apartment in the city. Despite always thinking gardening and keeping plants was for grown-ups, you buy your very first plant.

A few weeks later, you *accidentally* come home with another plant. Then another, aaaaaand another. Oops.

You're addicted. You can't admit this, but your friends and family on Instagram can see you've gone completely plant-crazy. You can't go a single weekend without picking up a plant at the nursery, farmers market or Bunnings.

And it's no longer just the plants, but the pots too. Tall ones, short ones, ceramic, concrete, ones for the table, ones that hang - and then you start propagating plants yourself, so you can grow your collection even BIGGER.

This is where Cooper&Smith began, an accidental plant passion project of newlyweds Liam Cooper and Amy Smith.

Moving to Sydney 3 years ago, we lost the outdoor space and large living areas inside our home that we had taken for granted in the beach-side city of Wollongong, NSW.

We quickly learnt that Sydney apartment living leaves little space for bulky pots and large planters - especially in our tiny one-bedroom unit. And most of the indoor living collections at the hardware store look like they're straight out of old nana's living room.

So after trawling the world-wide-web, we’ve curated the ultimate collection of propagation stations, plant pots and accessories that are perfect for city apartment living where space is tight and greenery is scarce.

Stop showing off your plant babies in bland hardware store pots and propagating cuttings in old pasta jars. Splurge a little and pick up one of our vibin’ propagation stations or industrial planters.

And when you do, make sure you show your friends and family just how plant-crazy you’ve gone. But don’t worry, you’re definitely not alone.

We pride ourselves on selecting the best products to offer our Cooper&Smith family, and are confident you're going to love any product you purchase from our store.

However, we understand that sometimes sh*t happens and parcels go missing or get damaged and in these cases we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are no longer able to offer you a refund or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, not for change of mind.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is received damaged or defective, please send an email to support@cooperandsmith.com.au with photos of the product, a detailed description of the issue and your order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These will be reimbursed with your refund or at the time of your exchange.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send an email to support@cooperandsmith.com.au.
